Meghen Group Support Services is assisting our client based in Sweden in recruiting medical professionals with Spanish language to join their team. The company is multinational and multilingual providing discovery, development and post-approval services as well as compound partnering programs. The clients and partners they work with include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, academic and government organizations. The role:

Medical Information Associates will be part of the department of Medical communications. This department specializes in providing technical and medical information with high quality customer service. Duties will also include research and responding to queries over the phone, internet or email. Document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to client the company, protocols, GCPs and regulatory guidelines.The information provided will be given to a level in parallel with the individual’s expertise, experience and training.

All communication will be in Spanish and English!

Candidate requirements:

Education and Experience:



• Bachelors degree in a science/health-related field


• Some relevant medical experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with responsibilities involving counselling or providing medical information OR Some Customer Assistant Specialist (CAS) or Senior CAS experience, or


• Equivalent combination of education, training or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Multi-lingual – fluent in Spanish and proficient in English


• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills


• Good interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Ability to interpret client provided technical information


• Organizational skills and Time Management skills


• Initiative


• Ability to understand products in order to document adverse events and product complaints utilizing regulatory or client provided collection forms


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Preferences the employer would have will include:



• Some nursing experience or medical information experience


• BSN or Associate Degree Nursing, or


• Registered Nurse or sitting for the boards with expectation of licensure within early part of employment,

Working environment:



• Constant interaction with clients/associates required


• Rotating shifts required occasionally


• Must be able to multi-task constantly


• Daily exposure to high pressure, intense concentration needed


• Must pay constant attention to detail-visual, mental



• Travel may be required on rare occasions

Location: You can choose from Sweden, Ireland or Bulgaria!

Salary: €33,000 - €45,000 (or equivalent in local currency) per year
